After posting “Dial Soap Opera,” I sent out a Twitter Tweet announcing it. Henkel North America — the company behind many recognizable home and personal care products, including Dial — found it and retweeted it…

Final Thoughts: The companies I write have no idea I’m going to write them or that I’m posting the letters and their responses on this blog. When they see anything from Write The Company about their products, services or brands, they’re never tipped off. Plus, the letters they receive are not from Write The Company.

So, if anyone tells you Corporate America has no sense of humor, you can tell them that’s not always true. Henkel North America does.
