Lisa, there's one thing you haven't tried ... Write The Company. The Corporate Office was very responsive to my wife's situation. Good luck!

I am very disappointed with Ann Taylor. I purchased clothing (two sweaters) at the end of January only to have them fall apart within two months. I explained the situation to the manager at the store and they said all they could give me was 10 dollars per sweater because that is what they are worth now. You got that right! They are worth nothing. It really bothers me that the store does not stand behind its merchandise. I called corporate and the person I spoke to was sympathetic to my situation and was going to call me back the next day and get me a gift certificate, of course I never heard from that person. I called corporate again today and was told I could receive 10 dollars per sweater or I could get 20% off my next purchase and free shipping, that hardly makes up for it. I told them to forget it and that I would NEVER shop in Ann Taylor again. If you are going to charge a lot of money for your clothing you should stand behind your merchandise and when something like this happens to a customer who has been shopping in your store for years stand behind them as well... So long Ann Taylor I'm off to shop in another clothing store!
